Privacy Policy

BlueBubbles Connector stores only the data needed to connect a location account to a BlueBubbles Server and relay messages between those systems.

Data Processed

The connector may process OAuth tokens, location identifiers, contact phone numbers, message text, attachment URLs, BlueBubbles Server URLs, and BlueBubbles Server credentials provided during setup.

Storage and Security

OAuth tokens and BlueBubbles credentials are encrypted at rest. Webhook URLs use shared secrets. Access to administrative views requires an admin key.

Sharing

Data is used to deliver the connector service. Message and contact data is transmitted between the connected CRM account and the configured BlueBubbles Server. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Connection records are retained while the app is installed or until an administrator removes them. Recent webhook events may be retained briefly for troubleshooting.
