BlueBubbles Connector Docs

BlueBubbles Connector links a CRM Conversations inbox to a user-managed BlueBubbles Server.

Requirements

• A running BlueBubbles Server with a public HTTPS URL.
• The BlueBubbles Server password.
• Permission and legal consent to message each contact.

Setup

1. Install the app and approve the requested conversation and contact scopes.
2. Open the setup link shown after OAuth completes.
3. Enter the BlueBubbles Server URL and password, then save the connection.
4. Add the generated BlueBubbles webhook URL to BlueBubbles Server and subscribe it to new message events.

Troubleshooting

If messages do not send, confirm the Mac running BlueBubbles is online, the server URL is reachable over HTTPS, and the server password has not changed.
